Ever since its establishment. Cotech has been cooperating with class A raw meterial suppliers, who are supplying material to big precision machining factories, too. This is the first step to eliminate quality complian at the beginning. Then, all income raw meterial will be recorded, and most of them will be analyed by X-Ray Fluorescense, in this way, each shipment's inband and outband record could be tracked.
Rough machined or semi-finished parts will be inspected by our QC inspectors.IPQC will check dimension on F/A stage for every set-up during mass production. Production engineer proceeds self-inspection before moveing to the next processes.
Final inspection will be carried out when the production/surface treatment completed. All items will be inspected in our QC room, and full-size report will be issued before packing goods in paper carton or wooden crates. Our FQC process is foused on the quantity and compleoity of each job. For batch production, Sampling ratio is 5%~10%, while it would be 100% if the tolerance less than 0.005mm for each slicpment. At last, full size inspection report, raw material cret, heat treated and surface finishing report are available.
